How we take care of your car:

• We go beyond a visual assessment and examine the vehicle for structural, physical, mechanical, and any other possible damages to get a true picture of what needs to be done.
• We look at every system – including the frame, suspension, motor, transmission, AC, fuel system, passive restraint, cruise control, exhaust, cooling, electrical, and more.
• All 911 Collision shops have state-of-the-art, high tech diagnostic and repair equipment
• Our laser frame straightener straightens frames to within 1mm accuracy. This is more accurate than a brand new car right off the assembly line.
• We use only first quality parts, quality equipment, quality tools and certified methods of repair.
• Your car is inspected repeatedly after each step in the repair process and before it leaves our shop. Our quality control standards ensure that at least six employees inspect your car as it goes through the repair process.
• We test drive your vehicle and a manager signs off on its driveability
• We look for something extra to repair or improve on your vehicle.
• Our paint mixing and matching process is state-of-the-art. Starting with an exhaustive prep process to prepare your car, we then use a high-tech computerized paint mixing apparatus and test panels to match the color exactly. We use only top quality urethane base and clear coat products to match to your car's color, texture and appearance.
• The painting process involves extensive sanding, buffing, removal of dust and contaminants, and careful blending of the new paint onto the vehicle's surface with meticulous attention to detail. Our paint technicians are trained, experienced and talented, and they take the time to do it right.
• We wash, buff and polish your car before returning it to you.
• Our technicians are highly skilled and experienced.
• All 911 Collision employees are trained and certified by reputable national organizations such as A.S.E. (Automotive Service Excellence) and I-CAR (Inter-industry Council on Auto Collision Repair).
