1. Do you accept my auto insurance?  We work with all insurance companies and are “direct” with most. We will work closely with your insurance company to ensure your vehicles repairs are of first quality and to ensure you get back on the road as quickly as possible.
 
2. Can I have any shop fix my car? Yes, you have the right to have your vehicle repaired at the shop of your choosing. No one can force you to have your vehicle repaired at a particular shop. This is your right, by law.
 
3. Paying Cash? 911 Collision Centers provides a “Low Price Guarantee”. We will match or beat any estimate. (apples for apples)
 
4. Do you have Rental Cars? We work closely with all major rental car companies and can expedite a rental car for you to get you on your way and resume your lifestyle. We have rental companies on-site at some of our locations and can allow for pick up and delivery at our shops, your home or office.  
 
5. Do you help process insurance claims? At 911 Collision Centers we work with all insurance companies and have decades of experience in efficiently processing auto claims. We know the lingo and can navigate the insurers phone systems to get through and get your claim settled.   
 
6. What makes your shop better? Our technicians are trained to factory repair standards and our entire staff focuses on your complete satisfaction while ensuring your Factory Warranty remains intact. We want to make sure you are happy so you will refer your friends and family members. We have a vested interest in your complete satisfaction in your Auto Body repair. 
 
7. Do you offer a Warranty? At 911 Collision Centers we offer a lifetime-nationwide warranty on all body repairs. 
 
8. Does 911 Collision Centers provide towing? If you need towing after an accident call any of our locations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 911 Collision Centers will arrange to have your vehicle towed.  
 
9. Free Towing? If your insurance will not cover the tow and we repair your car, the tow is free to you. 
 
10.Locations and Hours of operation. Visit our “locations” page for specific information on locations and hours of operation and we also offer a free 24/7 live call center to help expedite your repairs during off hours. 
 
11.Se Habla Espanol – We have Spanish speaking agents at all of our locations to help you get your car fixed and back on the road.   
 
12.What types of payment do you accept?  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Insurance checks (properly endorsed) and cash.

14.Privacy: We promise to keep all of your information confidential and pledge it will not be shared or divulged to any outside entities.
 
15.Auto Glass: We use only first quality, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) glass.
