When you call or come in to 911 Collision:

  1. We will greet you courteously and professionally, and offer you refreshments.
  2. We will serve you as quickly as possible.
  3. We will provide an efficient solution to your insurance claim.
  4. We will not require you to fill out annoying and unnecessary paperwork.
  5. We will process your insurance claim – through your insurance company or the other party’s.
  6. We will schedule a rental car for you if you want one.

When your car is being repaired:

  1. We will ask specifically what you expect from us and work diligently to exceed your expectations.
  2. We will give you a projected delivery date (PDD) once a thorough damage anaylisis has been completed, and we will meet or beat that date.
  3. We will contact you and provide you with repair updates if you desire.
  4. We will issue you a Nationwide Lifetime Warranty on the work we have done and repair any defects or problems.
  5. We will clean your vehicle inside and out prior to picking it up.
  6. We will resolve any problems quickly and efficiently with minimal inconvenience to you.
