I was hit by a drunk driver while stopped at a busy intersection late one Friday afternoon last September. I was in a terrible state, upset, crying, an absolute wreck. I called 911 Collision and immediately felt comforted by their concern and kindness. After reassuring me that everything would be okay, they jumped right into action. The staff stayed late that evening, had my vehicle towed to the shop, and made arrangements with my insurance company for a rental car. Throughout they were patient and understanding, and genuinely concerned about the trauma I had experienced. While my car was being repaired, they kept me updated every day and handled all the details that came up. They were just wonderful. I felt like I had a partner to help me through the entire experience.
The 911 Collision folks understand that being in an accident is a traumatic experience, and they truly cared about me as a human being. When I experience exceptional customer service I believe it is my duty to notify the people running the business that your team is doing its part to make customers happy.
At a grand opening for one of my company’s new locations, an advertising balloon jumped its restraints and hit a customer’s car, damaging the hood and a mirror. I contacted Matt at 911 Collision, and he immediately took ownership of the problem worked with the customer to make sure he was satisfied and happy with a quality repair.
The problem was solved without hassle, and the customer was pleased with both 911 Collision and Sports Buzz. The lesson we learned was to tie down our balloon better and to call 911 Collision if we do have an accident.

My fiancé and I were sideswiped by an uninsured motorist as we drove home from work one Friday evening. We had never filed an insurance claim before so we had no idea how to proceed. Kathi, the Customer Service Agent at 911 Collision, walked us through it all, explained the process, and really put us at ease. 911 Collision handled the towing, body work, painting, and all the details of the car repair. Kathy kept us informed every step of the way, but she handled it all – including the insurance claim.
About a month later, we were hit again, this time in a parking lot by a food delivery truck. Based on our previous experience we immediately called 911 Collision and they took it from there – assessed the damage, ordered the parts, and scheduled a time to drop off. It was all very quick and very easy. Kathi jumped into action again and had the car towed to the repair shop, contacted the delivery company, and handled pretty much everything for us. When, at first, the delivery driver denied that he hit us, Kathi even talked to him and helped resolve it.
I also recall that the repairs to our car were completed on a Friday, but I was not able to pick up the car until the next day so Kathi stayed late and made special arrangements to deliver it. She even gave me her private cel phone number. We are now lifelong customers of 911 Collision. My fiancé and I both work in customer service businesses, and 911 Collision’s service is absolutely first class. Since those two incidents, we have referred friends and family to 911 Collision, and they are all fans now, too.

I went to 911 Collision after I rearended another car. The thing that struck me most about them was how professional and efficient they were. They looked my car over, gave me an estimate, and told me it would be done in about three weeks. They actually finished and had my car back to me within two weeks. They had ordered the parts before I even turned the car in to them. While they were doing the work, Jose called and gave me regular updates, and they even helped facilitate my insurance claim.
They did a great job, ran through everything on the car and fixed everything they found. Since that experience, I have recommended them to friends and taken my other car in to 911 for some work. They were just great.
